Loved our experience
My daughter lived here for 3 years, while attending PLU. Management changed hands a few times but we always had great communication and they were always very helpful. Maintenance requests were responded to timely. Property is kept clean and orderly.

Noise is awful.
The apartments are very nice for the price, but they're low because of the area. But don't expect the property manager to care about others making excessive noise. I don't expect complete silence, I'm a reasonable person. But the neighbors are always playing music so loud the building shakes. We've notified the office multiple times. It never stops. I would hate to see what would happen if we had a real issue that required maintenance.
