How Is This Rating Determined?

Un-Professional Management

Management is poor, they will manufacture reasons to enter your unit. Maintenance requests are ignored or severely delayed. Management will cite rules of conduct and claim they are in the lease when they do not exist. Shady staff, question and document everything or prepare for legal battles.

GRANDE TERRACE

Nice place to live for family, right by stores the airport walking distance from lightrail.Has major freeway entrance and surrended by major mall and outlet stores.
