Management said this to my attempted post to bring up this issue on the community page “Unfortunately, there is very little that can be done to prevent the dumping.” People leave furniture and mattresses at will, no controlled access like other apartment complexes.

My apartment has been treated 3 times now for cockroaches that continue to appear through out my house as well as in my storage unit in large quantities and are increasingly getting larger. The apartments resolution is to keep treating the apartment with something that very clearly isn’t working. In the very short amount of time we have lived here we have also now had our mailbox broken into and packages stolen. Absolutely do nothing recommend anyone move in here

Issue #1
Cat urine on carpet upon moving in - leasing office said the carpets were cleaned upon move in, wouldn’t do anything about it so I bought a steam cleaner and did it myself
Issue #2
Bathtub stopper did not work. Waited 8 months for a new part for them to fix it. After 8 follow ups was told they will not be fixing it and gave me a shitty plastic cover that doesn’t work

Birds in hvac tubing. Said they would be sending someone to remove the birds… and nest. Never came back and had to listen to birds for quite a few weeks

While waiting for my tabs to arrive, received a notice that my car was being towed for expired tabs (are you kidding?)

Washer was not properly cleaned upon moving in. My laundry was stained with grey spots, and upon inspecting the washer there was a thick grey/black sludge built up inside.

Upon reading older reviews it definitely seems there was an issue with mold in many units. I have been experiencing symptoms that only fit under mold exposure. This has been going on since one month after leasing the unit. Arrived home after being gone four days and upon opening the door am greeted with the strongest smell of mold and mildew I have experienced. Ask apartment to check for mold, they were only willing to check moisture levels and if I wanted to prove the mold I would have to pay for my own mold test which is around $700 - $900.

There is trash everywhere, there is not a proper amount of staff to maintain a property of this caliber. I believe Targas business model with this property is just “turn them and burn them”

After all of this, they increased the rents during the covid pandemic. After this experience, I was almost grateful to be impacted by covid and have no choice but to leave. Read More

1. Management is terrible and thats putting it lightly.
2. Absolutely no parking, especially at night and alot of residents have to park in the grass. Even then they won’t hesitate too tow your car with no notice
3. Super thin walls and terrible speed bumps( the kind that will mess your car up even at slow speeds)
