Good Apartments

I like our apartment, but we don't have a fireplace or wood stove. We asked for wood stove and I be taken out since it wasn't up to code. Also raised rent $215 a month. No stainless steel Appliances or granite countertops. Ms. Johnson is a wonderful manager. She takes her job serious and will help you anyway she can. Mike from maintenance is great.. He has other properties to maintain. He's not always available when you want him. He's friendly though. Overall happy except with the extremely huge… rent increase. I will expect if something is broken or not working to be fixed ASAP because if you raise rent an exhorbanent amount I want excellent service. Things to be fixed in a timely manner. Overall like apartment and staff very much.

Horrible Management

The manager plays favorites with tenants. If a tenant is friends with the owner than she lets them get away with everything. The property is not taken care of. The cops are always here and they have been sued for mold in the apartments. They also say there are breed restrictions on animals but then let people have pit bulls and other big dogs. Plus the property manager who works for Reeder Management is rude and unprofessional. Honestly do yourself a favor and don’t rent at Hillside Glen… Apartments.

Wonderful, beautiful a must come see!

Wonderful place to live. Quiet and peaceful. Has a "woodsy" feel. Away from the city. But, you're not. You hear birds, see bunnies and even the occasional deer. Grounds are clean, neighbors are friendly and just the general atmosphere here is wonderful.
The manager here Ms. Johnson is amazing. She makes sure everything is good and that her tenants are happy. Any concerns or questions she gets them handled fast.
Good schools, awesome shopping, close to major bus route. This is a good place to… call home. A must come see!!!

Hillside Glen Apts

These apartments are tucked in off the sreet. It has the feel of being in the woods. There are lots of squirrels and birds, and Hillside Glen is animal/pet friendly! The units are well maintained and very affordable. Hillside Glen is close to shopping and there are great schools!
