Not ideal
Pros:The apartments themselves are very nice, spacious, and comfortable inside.
Cons:Prospective residents should be aware of severe management restrictions and ongoing community issues before moving here:
Strict Fine Policy: Management heavily penalizes residents with $50 fines for minor infractions, including having standard flower pots on the front porch or anything other than patio furniture on the back balcony. Holiday decorations are also highly restricted or not allowed.
Child... Restrictions: There is zero tolerance for children riding bikes on the property outside of the basketballcourt. . Fines are handed out if children run through the breezeways to get to their doors, (playing in breezeways) .
Amenity Restrictions: Many advertised amenities have been locked or restricted for the whole community due to the actions of a few. The community lobby space though advertised as "rentable" cannot be rented for private events, and the gym restroom is locked and completely off-limits, requiring you to walk back to your unit.
Ineffective Management: The office staff consistently ignores phone calls, even when present at their desks. When issues arise, management refuses to check property cameras for vehicle scratches, tells residents to call the police for all on-property complaints rather than intervening, and hands out non-compliance letters like hot cakes.
Additionally, groups of teenagers frequently gather to fight in the play area late into the night, and there is a recurring problem with property damage to locked-up bicycles. When bikes are moved to the patio to keep them from being vandalized? You get non compliance $50 notices, community garden plots were also handed out two months late, ruining the planting season for those who garden.
