Neighbors are friendly. Despite the house feeling away from the city, there is quick easy access to I-5 or 205, and it is a short drive to several gyms, a movie theater, or virtually any large store chain you can think of. If it isn't during rush hour, the drive is 17 minutes to the Pearl District in Portland and the Vancouver WSU campus is less than 10 minutes away.

Though we would have to talk about specific situations, quiet well-mannered pets are an option here with a pet deposit. Nonsmokers only.
