Construction

Way over priced and old apartment and nothing to offer. Way better deals out there. Owner will rip you off on deposit and the manager does drugs he sits outside in front of his appointment and smokes marijuana in front of all the kids that play outside

Overpriced Junked Out Apartments

Cheap rent: WARNING!!!! however, not for an apartment that hasn't been remodeled in 25 years, with an owner that cry's over making a repair that cost .05 cents. Children run the property like a pack of wolves with no parental supervision, out way past dark screaming, the units are filthy and dirty. The owner makes up landlord tenant laws as he goes. Don't live here it's not worth the cheap rent! The owner doesn't do leases so he can jack your rent every year and HE DOES! blames it on current... market rates, which is fine IF THE UNITS WERE UP TO DATE!
