Management
Clif, owned/manager is very professional,works hard to keep his tenants happy. He resolves any apartment issues they may have, units newly rented are very nice and clean, grounds are also clean and manicured weekly. There is s community garden which many tenants take the opportunity to plant fruits and veggies. I highly recommend The Colonial East Apartments, you won't be disappointed.
