How Is This Rating Determined?

Not all units have disposals.

Ours does not have a garbage disposal, so watch that. They started taking them out a few years ago because the maintenance guy was old, but stopped when a new maintenance team came in. They still advertise this as a feature, so make sure to ask because all units do not have it.

Good for the price

The complex could do better with managing parking (abandoned vehicles, un-permitted vehicles, cars parking in the fire lanes), as well as replacing the disposals that were removed by the previous repair team (since it is still advertised here). The prices are lower than other complexes, and it shows. Some things are still original from the late 70's. I am ok with it as long as they are maintained though :-) Prices have been going up with not a lot of change, but I hope that we can soon see... what changes are being made. A quiet place to live, which I love I wish management was on site as they are hard to get hold of, but things still run smooth for the most part.
