Black mold. Rude management, rats , homeless
My apartment had been broken into twice! homeless that live in the alley behind and next to the building, rats are usually in the lobby and courtyard, also used needles and crack pipes, smells like weed and cigarettes in the entire building! people hang out and smoke crack and shoot up in the hallways, black mold grows on the walls and ceilings, management is very condescending and rude, refuses to fix anything, raises rent prices constantly! Seen several drug deals in the lobby too!

Hi. We have never been notified of any break-ins or sketchy activity at this building, nor have you ever put in work orders for mold in your unit. We routinely inspect the building and have never seen any evidence of rats; we also have not received... complaints about rats from other tenants. Mold is extremely common in the Pacific NW and can be mitigated with proper ventilation. You signed a mold addendum at move-in in which you agreed to notify us if you notice mold or excessive moistures. Please put in a workorder ASAP so our maintenance team can come address the issue. Thank you.

Unsecured dumpsters, no amenities, over priced
The new owners have removed security protections that kept people out of dumpsters that are literally 10ft from my apartment window. Doubled rent, took out laundry and thier website claims energy efficient windows. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS ENERGY EFFICIENT. if your apartment is on the back of the building you will be woken up all night long by people going through garbage. Managers don't care about this at all.

The Run Around
I contacted the property manager over a month a go who said they were waiting for a tenant to vacate etc. I contact her a little later and she says they need more time, I contact her again and she says there are repairs that need to be done... she finally tells me in writing that the unit is ready for viewing and i have first dibs, she schedules a viewing with me, i reach out day of to reconfirm for her to tell me that it has been rented. they are clearly a dishonest poorly manage mess... who... does that?
