Gross.

Nasty garbage room, laundry machines mostly broken and left unrepaired, some apartments smell so bad that the stink comes into the hallway. No care taken here.

Fix something

The managers are nice, but they don't fix anything. The laundry machines are always broken, and the garbage area is sticky from door to floor. Disgusting. They raised the rent $100 this month: hopefully they will fix or clean something.
