The management is terrible, never available. The owner is horrible. This company caused damage to my apartment and then charged me. I emailed them and they told they didn’t care And I should just move because they could replace me immediately. Still took money off my deposit. Shady, awful landlord.

Children rule the roost here. They have free run of all the common areas and no limitations on where they go, what they do or for how long. They have no playground area or equipment. There are several enormous parks right at the end of the block where the kids could play with supervision. I had to have a fan running at all times to mask the noise. The kids are old enough to know better but have no conception of respect or consideration for others. When I complained about this, I was essentially... told that I could move. I moved in on Mar 1, 2016 and moved out on May 2. I was not evicted, just given the option to leave. I am currently waiting for a refund of my $1000 security deposit which I don't intend to forfeit to these people. I am a dad and granddad, have rented various apts and single family homes for 45 years and have never seen anything like this before. The surrounding apt complexes are quiet and nice. Managers should be aware of the "enjoyment of the premises" clause in standard WA state contracts that is supposed to benefit ALL rent-paying tenants, not just the few with undisciplined kids.
