Was great. Then management changed.
Don't get me wrong. The apartments themselves are in great shape, and we love our neighbors. But management changed hands at the beginning of 2022 and anything involving them has been absolutely terrible. Landscaping and grounds are frequently neglected. Maintenance requests are responded to at a snails pace. There's even been a significant amount of thefts and vehicle break-ins on the property, but the only reason we know about that is from chatting with neighbors. No communication or... involvement from management at all. Meanwhile, the rent still climbs ever upwards!
