amazing place to live Christian is a very friendly manager
I feel safe living here Christian makes this place feel like a really good place to live friendly people Christian takes care of the property very nicely again I also feel very safe I love living here it's amazing.

Pretty peaceful... with the exception of anytime fireworks are allowed in surrounding area since this property is in Clark county limits rather than Vancouver city limits. They allow dogs and the new manager is super personable and really on top of things. Clean and well- kept small property. Dogs are allowed with peaceful neighborhoods to walk pets. Non- smoking property is the best part!

Well built and maintained, and quiet.
Very good value in Vancouver. Not a huge complex, in a fairly quiet area, right across from a school. Solidly built and well maintained, with an attentive and helpful manager that lives on-site. Very close to highway and lots of shopping, but not right next to busy roads. Grounds are well kept up. I've renewed my lease twice in three years and have no plans to move, until I am ready for a home purchase. These apartments are large for the price, with included covered parking and washer/dryer.
