These apartments charge a premium for a sub-standard living situation. New Management bought this property and raised our rent over 200 dollars. This place isn't worth it. Upstairs units are priced the same or higher while having no porch unlike downstairs. Where's the value here? We have had several break-ins to our cars in the parking lots as well as have had two cars stolen from here. We have tenants smoking in the parking lot, and right outside their doors with no regard for others. We also... have horrible tenants that allow children to scream every morning before school as well as allow them to scream and play in the parking lot near our cars. Carr Vancouver dealership surrounds our buildings, and you will be dealing with noise pollution from 6am to whenever they decide to close for the day. Carr constantly idles cars while backed against our buildings, revving the engines and filling our units with exhaust! The parking here is also quite bad. Three visitor spots for 11 units? Barely enough parking for the tenants yet alone anyone to visit without parking blocks away risking a tow or worse. Rules of the community cannot be enforced as there is no management here to hold anyone accountable. Not worth the price. The takeover has not improved anything here, in fact they have charged more and done much less than previous management. I've watched three tenants leave already and their units be posted for a premium after receiving minimal refurbishment. they came in and put new tile down and we pay alot they say its a unquie apt has two bathrooms 2 bedrooms been here 8 years it has drafty holes above the doors its cold real easy has a back porch kinda nice close to shopping walking distant we have people come do the landscaping but is quiet and its like everybody looks after each other each of us knows everybody else we are here for others
