Mountain Terrace Apts.
The upstairs neighbor is a pain. He has 3 kids and he lets them run room to room until 10pm. My kids go to sleep at 9pm for school. The apartment looks fine. Not worth the 945.00 they are asking. I'm on disability and can't afford a nicer apartment. That's why I hope I win.
