Not a value, not affordable

Natural gas stove, water heater, not safe, cracked asbestos tile flooring(like tile in high school) Tennant responsibility for garbage heating and electrical-adds up when house isn't well insulated. I moved Feb 2024 when rent jumped to $1495 a month, not affordable.
