Wonderful Location
I toured Residences?at?Arnada and was truly impressed. The modern one-bed featured quartz counters, stainless appliances, in-unit laundry, and huge windows. Amenities like the fitness center, bike storage, and pet-friendly vibe in a walkable downtown location sealed the deal!

Gorgeous Community
The Residences at Arnada is a gorgeous community in a phenomenal neighborhood. The finishes are top notch, great on site team and the grounds are immaculate. The first floors have patios with a garden bin which is so unique. I used to walk by these apartments and knew I’d live here one day, and gladly I can say that now I do.
