Avoid this apartment
My partner and I have a HUGE laundry listen of things wrong with this place for the year we lived here:
* your circuit breaker will randomly trip and they won’t do anything about it. the outlets can’t handle a basic desktop computer or even a coffee maker. you won’t have consistent electricity and they won’t do anything about it.
* if you live on the third floor, there are birds nesting in the roofline. bird poop EVERYWHERE, sometimes even a dead bird or two.
* a car caught on FIRE in the... parking lot and it ruined the pavement and burnt the side of a building, but they didn’t do anything about it for 6+ months
* if you work nights, be prepared to be randomly woken up during the day. they’ll do work on the roof without letting you know in advance. not even an email.
* you only get one parking spot and there is rarely any other parking available.
* there is constantly trash on the grounds and they don’t clean it up.
* they won’t redirect mail so enjoy constantly getting some random persons mail.
* overpriced.
* paper thin walls.
* lousy management.

We work with all our resident's schedules when making repairs in the apartments, however, third-party vendors such as electricians have a strict schedule, and may not be as flexible.
