We are a privately owned community tucked away near a residential neighborhood but close to all amenities in the heart of Salmon Creek. Our community is near Legacy hospital, WSU Vancouver, easy I5 and I205 access, close to grocery shopping centers… and restaurants. Centrally located to fit any needs! Renovations have begun! Our renovated apartments will come with brand new appliances (black or stainless steel), full size washer and dryer, new flooring, and all new fixtures! We are pet friendly and have a full fenced off leash dog bark park located on the back of our community with a lovely gazebo for relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of mother nature. We have courtesy patrol company 7 nights a week for added security. Enjoy the clubhouse that has a business center, pool table, foosball table and much more! Our fitness center has been completely renovated with all new equipment, private yoga room offered and access 24hrs!

I loved my apartment

If you are looking for a great place to call home, vista view is it. The current management team, Cody and Amber are amazing. — I lived there for 10 years and loved my stay. I’m going to miss the reclaimed wetlands that brought nature and life to my everyday walk. I rarely needed help from Managment but when I did they were there and quickly. I’m super appreciative that the grounds were always clean and kept up. They apartments are always improving and the owners care about their complex. Thank… you for being amazing! I’m going to miss my apartment. Thank you Cody and Amber.

Great place to live!

My husband and I moved out of this complex after living here for 3 years. We were always treated like family, never like a customer or just another tenant. Whenever we had concerns with our unit, our needs were beyond met. They were always addressed within 24 hours of our maintenance request, even if it was non-emergent. There was timely communication with the apartment complex staff, whether that be via email or phone call. Cody, Amber, and Danny are truly wonderful people who care about you as… an individual. We appreciate how they took the time to cultivate personal relationships; I never had that at any other apartment complex I’ve lived in. Their rental prices are definitely more reasonable compared to most apartment complexes in the area. My only feedback would be that the office hours listed on their site/office door doesn’t reflect when staff is onsite. We’ve attempted to have in-person questions answered during office hours without someone present; not during the lunch hour. Other than that, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

No service

This apartment management is sleeping all year around. Many times our emails and calls were ignored. Came to the office five times in different days and different time - nobody there. It's the only time I see such a disrespectful attitude to customers.

Mildew floods

If u like lots of flogs noises and floods , mildew , this is it ... lots of water running through out the property lots of problems with plumbing , safe yourself a headache dont rent here
