Rent has increased quite dramatically with each lease renewal. It increased $300 most recently. The office is rarely open, which means packages are held at the post office. This makes retrieval problematic when one works during the hours that the post office is open. Additionally, this means you cannot rely on someone being available during posted office hours when you have questions or concerns. There is no soundproofing and you can hear neighbors talking, opening cabinetry, and the like. This... doesn't bother me, but you should beware of this when choosing this residence. The location is great, close to the river, walking trails, and small businesses. Maintenance requests, while not always fixed right away, do get a quick response and notification of when to expect repair.
