Horrible

I would not suggest renting at Prosser Place at all. I went for over a month with no heat in below zero weather. Property manager kept claiming that it was fixed when it was not. Than they had a boiler problem that only released scalding hot water making it impossible to shower without burning your skin. When I left I scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom and apartment had zero damage. The property manager claimed it was not clean and claimed it was damaged when it was not. Not only did they... refuse to give any security deposit back but charged me over $500. If you want any problems to be ignored and a snobby property manager treating you like no heat or scalding water is not an issue this would be the place for you. Horrible for the money.

A Warm Welcome

I moved to Antigo from a different city and choose Prosser Place because they have a great online presence. The property manager was very helpful; she answered all of my questions over the phone before I moved in. Upon move in, the unit was exactly as described on the website. A good website and responsive property manager made my move-in experience stress free.
