Great community and Management

Applegate Apartments is a fantastic choice in apartment living! The townhouses are spacious and include an attached 1 car garage. These townhouses include standard appliances plus dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryers. Nancy is a phenomenal manager for the community, and their maintenance staff is fast, friendly, and responsive.

Location is perfect, a mile from interstate 41, short drives to highways 441 and 10 as well as a few minutes from downtown Appleton.

If you’re new to the Appleton… area or are tired of poorly managed buildings, be sure to give Applegate Apartments a good look!

Poor

The location in Appleton is very good. Besides that I’ve had a very hard time living here. Never have gotten fined once for anything, and the property manager, Nancy, pushes you out of the door if she doesn’t like you. The management here is very rude and I’ve addressed it with corporate multiple times. It hasn’t been resolved and I can say this for many other tenants as well, we need a new property manager.

Christopher Wesley, I have been the owner of Applegate Apartments for more than twenty years, and with 226 apartments at the property, I have had the pleasure of renting to literally thousands of residents over the years. Nevertheless, I think I can… count on one hand the number of times we have resorted to not renewing the lease of a resident. I am going to take the high road and not talk publicly about the reasons why your lease was not renewed, but suffice it to say that our patience with you was pushed far enough for us to ask you to leave the community. I wish you the best of luck with your new home.

The property is excellent.

We are in the best location for us.Being close to medical and shopping is a big plus for.us.The townhouse that we have is very roomy.The area is quiet and super well cared for.

very friendly place

we luv living here and the place is quiet and Nancy is very sweet and friendly and the Maintenace guys are very nice and will talk to u and ask how Ur day is going and Nancy will chat if she is not busy and we luv living here and she is the best person. i could not ask for a better place to live and enjoy the train going by our apartmet. Ty u nancy

Home is were you can Relax

With the soaring economy and the me me me world this is were you can go at the end of your day and know that Jason and Nancy have taken care of things. Requests for maintenance?Jason and his team are on it! All things else with the property and with your peaceful enjoyment our manager Nancy goes out if her way to work hard for us. W Fairly descent rental rates and a really descent place to live that's why I give it ??
