Misleading Information

There are no on-site amenities at Casa II It’s at the property next-door. So the ad is a little bit misleading.
A fitness center is available. A social area is available, but it’s at the property next-door.

Great place to rent!

Apartment complex is brand new. Very quiet as car dealership it is next to is closed in the evening. Includes work out center and sauna. It is very close to mall area and Timber Rattlers Stadium. Manager was great to work with and pets were not a problem. Needed to move out early and there was no issues with getting security deposit back and renting apartment again. Would highly recommend!
