Great place to live!!

Since new management came in 2025 I have to say this place has done a 180. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody. The price is right and the upgrades are incredible. Management is very knowledgeable and she sure knows what she’s doing. Maintenance does an excellent job and are there the minute you submit your work order. They get a A+ from me!!

Incredible

The property manager Sheila has been incredible. From the moment I walked in, she has been helpful, she has been kind and extremely knowledgeable. She has been quick to respond to any questions, to help in any way she could. The maintenance crew has also been incredible as they have been quick to come and assist with any detail details.
I wanted a place where I could feel safe. This is a very well established neighborhood, very safe and the building is very secure.
I am loving my new space, my… new carpet, my new linoleum, my new countertops, my new cupboards!
I am so happy to be home!

New management

I have to report that Marquette Highlands is changed 100% with the new manager Sheila. Sheila has been very actively in taking care of all the concerns along with getting rid of troubled tenants who are causing issues. Go Sheila :)
