Parking is a problem
The building is nice and new. However, the parking situation is a problem. You pay ~$75 a month for a parking permit, after they inform you that overnight street parking is not allowed. However, that $75 doesn’t guarantee you a spot. Many times there are no parking spots available and you need to park in the street until something opens up (a lot of fun in the winter). Management doesn’t seem to ever tow any vehicles without permits and hasn’t done anything to rectify the parking problem.... Further, they pressure you to make a decision almost 4 months before your lease is done to renew or they will market your apartment to others.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the building itself. We understand the frustration around parking, especially during the winter months. Your comments regarding enforcement are noted, and we’re... actively reviewing ways to improve compliance and better manage the parking area.
Regarding lease renewals, our timeline is intended to provide residents with clarity and ample notice while allowing us to plan ahead for the community. We value resident input and encourage you to reach out to our management team directly if you’d like to discuss these concerns further
