Reviewing negatively, as the management company is ruthless, and do not care about tenants. Snow removal a nightmare, as it was taken care of well into the afternoon or not at all and tenants could not get out of parking lots. Along with no shoveling and no salt which is a hazard.Tenants were told there was a lot more properties to take care BEFORE this property and would have to wait, so the tenants helped each other instead of management every time it snowed. Dryer vent was not vented… properly, almost started a fire and fire department could not get ahold of management asked tenants to do so. Dryer was not fixed for months. Foyer is dirty and not kept up with along with landscaping. The units themselves are old and rarely changing carpet in between tenants much less a carpet clean in between tenants. Rent is raised without keeping up with units or property. The front doors to buildings were not locked or kept up with, which caused packages to be stolen over and over and management would not lock the foyer. Not safe not clean, awful management.

I lived at Bristol Cove for several years, and have rented at several other places before. My experience with Bristol Cove was by far my worst rental experience. Management is clueless to problems at the property, and when they are made aware, they do not take action. Snow removal is sloppy at best, dangerous at worst. The buildings are covered in Box Elder bugs in Spring and Fall, and bees are rampant in the Summer. Common areas are not cleaned on a regular basis. Floors, walls, and hallways… and doors are dirty, laundry rooms are full of trash. It is embarrassing to have family or friends over to your apartment because the common areas look so trashy. Maintenance is slow things don't get replaced when needed, they are just "repaired" temporarily until you call management again and again.
