Everything has been wonderful, the only downside is the slight millipede problem. However, with one maintenance request the problem has been in the process of being resolved. I am seeing less and less bugs in my apartment.

In all honesty:
(Bad news first then good news)
Bad:
The emergency exits in the building aren’t safe. They require key fobs. So getting locked out can happen often and in the parking garage some people don’t get cell service so good luck if you get stuck there. It’s just not safe for emergencies or fires if everyone’s in a panic. It makes tons of sense to have key fob access to get in the building, but locking you out is not it. (I’m not sure it’s legal actually for the emergency exits)
The... building is a maze and should have more maps and better signage.
There’s only like 5 spots total for guest parking outdoors and letting family in for the day is a pain, same with packages it’s only a 4 day hold and then bye bye package

Good:
The pool is pretty and so is the courtyard.
The top floor rooms are pretty soundproof
The staff keeps things clean and seem nice
Good location
The gym is great and has wipes for equipment

A little inconvenient move in with power washing scheduled on the same day. Other than that everything has been great so far as I get settled in.
