Extremely Disappointing Experience With Management

Living here has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have had. Maintenance requests often go unanswered or take far too long to be addressed, leaving residents without the support they expect while paying high rent.

Management communication is poor and inconsistent. Instead of working with tenants to solve problems, the approach often feels confrontational and unfair. I also felt that residents are judged based on appearances rather than treated equally and respectfully.

The… pet policies are enforced in a way that feels excessive and unreasonable. Rather than trying to work with residents, management seems more focused on finding violations and issuing notices.

Overall, this property has created unnecessary stress and frustration. Prospective tenants should carefully consider other options before signing a lease here.

Avoid This Property – Constant Issues and Poor Management

I would not recommend living here. Management has been extremely difficult to deal with, communication is inconsistent, and residents often feel like they are treated unfairly. Instead of working with tenants to resolve issues, the management seems quick to send notices and create unnecessary stress.

Maintenance and management responses have been disappointing, and the overall experience has been frustrating. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected a much higher level of… professionalism and respect toward residents.

If you are considering moving here, make sure you carefully review all policies and think twice before signing a lease. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not choose to live here again.

New Building...awesome location...great amenities!

Private and nestled in a desirable location in Brookfield, this property features everything you need.

Secure lobby, fitness area, private balconies, large community room are a plus to utilize. Underground heated parking is also a plus if you choose to have that option.

Close to I-94, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else
Bluemound Rd has to offer.

In unit laundry and modern finishes in your unit make this an easy choice to call home.

Highly Recommend!

Our experience at 665 has been superb! First and foremost, the staff have been wonderful to work with. For instance, if I had any questions, they were answered and taken care of right away. Andrea is phenomenal! Second, the unit itself is the nicest I’ve seen at this price point. The natural hardwood floors are beautiful and compliment the neutral white and grey tones. Lastly, the amenities are all you need: a workout room, beautiful community room with fireplace, TV, and workspace. The rooftop… patio is great is the summertime! Also, each unit and community spaces come with free high-wi-fi! The smart technologies features of this complex will surprise you! So easy to manage and use. Also, I love waking over to the Galleria West to Fresh Baked to get coffee and fresh pastries. Hatched is another local bakery right next door.

One last point, if you have a dog, I highly recommend this place. There is a great dog area and places to walk the dog away from busy streets.
