How Is This Rating Determined?

Safe and Simple

i've lived at the apartment building for the last year and the neighbors are friendly, the manager is accommodating, property is not neglected, and the location is great for me. Culver's is across the street, YMCA behind us, Pick N Save next door, banks are nearby, and the place is very easy to get to. I'll live here another year. Thanks
