The office staff Penny the property manager and Courtney the assistant manager are so friendly and helpful. They immediately answer any questions I may have and ALWAYS answer the phone so professional and friendly. Shane and Nick with Maintenance are awesome at what they do! They did such a good job with all sidewalks and parking lots this last snow fall I couldn't have asked them to do a better job! Been here 5 years. There has been at least 4 changes of management and each time it gets worse. The apartments themselves aren't bad, but the walls too the outside hallway are very thin, as well as the ceilings. Creeking boards overhead with every step, neighbors are starting to be less respectful, screaming in the hallways, stomping on stairs, trash and dog poop everywhere outside, Large dead trees everywhere (branches and such falling constantly), I've never lost power more at any place I've… ever lived and the internet connection is not great for some reason (U-Verse and Spectrum said its the area), kids riding bikes and running through the parking lots all day and night, people who don't live here taking up the parking lot, they stopped shovelling and salting our back private exits (this was always done previously), been asking to have our dryer ventilation cleaned for 5 years, they still haven't done it so have to dust anytime its used, many other repair requests ignored, lots of moisture in the basement storage unit everything's full of mildew, (extremely small storage with a very large basement that you can't use the rest of), every little "amenity" has a fee. Don't come here if you have to pay full price. We are on our way out as I don't see any improvements coming any time soon. Read More
