Attached, private garage in safe neighborhood!
I had a wonderful experience at Limestone Hills. Renting a one bedroom with a SINGLE CAR ATTACHED GARAGE that was my own was amazing, especially in a winter climate! I could go to Walmart down the street, back my car into the garage, and unload everything into the kitchen easily. Additionally, I did not need a two bedroom because I was able to use the garage for storage as well.
I really liked the radiant heat from the floors. It kept my heating bills low and warmed the entire apartment very... well. There is one box AC unit in the living room and one in the bedroom, and they are more than sufficient.
I rented a bottom unit, so I had a huge patio and lawn. I was lucky to face a residential area, and the view of people’s backyards was very nice. In fact, the entire neighborhood where the buildings are located is very nice and safe.
The units do not come with a microwave or a shower rod, so you will need to purchase those on your own. There is no vent over the stove, so if you are searing a steak on the burner, for example, you need to open the screen door and turn on a fan or the fire alarm will sound. These things did not bother me at all.
Whenever I had a question, PAC Management responded immediately, which was impressive. They also chose not to raise my rent, which I greatly appreciated. I accepted a job out of state, which is the only reason I am moving. I know moving can be stressful with all the uncertainties, but this place is terrific.
