Beware

Make sure you tour the exact unit you will be renting. I was shown the "model" apartment and loved it. When I arrived to move in to my actual apartment, the smell was awful. Musty, offensive, and permeating. I would describe it as a mix of garbage and mildew. When I brought my concerns up to the property manager. She said, "What do you expect from a 30 year old building?" Learn from my mistake and save yourself some money.

Large space and convenient location

I use the convenient bus stop for work right out the back door. I work out in the commons area 's stationary bikes with free internet and cable. The laundry machines usually have at least one broken though. Everything included except Internet and electricity! Huge living room and many cupboards but not much kitchen counter space. Relatively older building but constant upgrades this year- new sidewalks, railings, plants, retaining wall, and new paint. Grills are not allowed on the upper floors… unfortunately. They did raise the rent for the second year but bonus that we can pay online. They don't let you store boats or campers/trailers even though the parking lot is never close to full. Bonus money off rent for referrals ($200!) and for mentioning their ad! They have a playground and two overgrown tennis courts. Overall it has been a great place responsive to requests.

Very Nice apartment complex!!

We toured this apartment complex and it was very nice and well kept. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. I loved the common area and exercise room.

Great Apartment

The new management and maintenance staff are amazing! They really make you feel at home! The manager is really friendly and easy to work with. The building is older, but they have it fixed up nice. It's also a great location and has everything included except electric which is a great thing!
