Water/sewer utilities also are separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $30 per person per month. Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the City of Eau Claire. We pay the water bill and send copies to tenants to be reimbursed. Tenants pay for their own trash services.

This is a smoke free property and there is no smoking within 25ft of the properties. This policy is strictly enforced.

These townhomes can accommodate one small dog, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form.
