love this place
i’ve just signed my 3rd year lease
i plan on staying here for many more years
i have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a storage room and private garage
galloway flats has excellent amenities
nice fitness center with sauna
free cable and internet, top end appliances, fireplace, balcony, huge community room with pool table and air hockey, this room is attached to large deck on roof that has comfy furniture and tables
pickle board courts, large gas grills in outdoor areas, fenced in private dog park...
large lobby with room for storage of bikes
beautiful walking/ bike trails along river and other scenic areas throughout eau claire/altoona area
outdoor wildlife on apartment grounds and trails ( deer, turkeys, snapping turtles etc)
staff responds immediately to resolve any concerns
it’s very quiet here, buildings are clean and well maintained
i absolutely love it here
