About Park Ridge Apartments
Spacious 1BR and 2BR apartments available Fall of 2026! Enjoy a private entrance, an attached garage and all of the lawn care and snow removal done by us! There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and a fully equipped kitchen. The heat, hot… water, water, sewer, trash and recycling are all included. Tenant just pays the electricity. Additional off street parking is available for tenants and their guests. A small dog (under 20 pounds) or a cat would be considered with a $25/month pet rent and $500 pet deposit

Don't do it
Tons of bored miserable people all in your business. You can hear through the walls and through the floor. You will have no privacy in these units.
