Great choice for all ages

The Guild has quality furnishings, generous amenities including workout area/community room, and wonderful view of the Chippewa River. The complex is extremely quiet with several different apartment arrangements. Very responsive management.

The loveliest, best-managed, place I have ever lived!

The Guild is in a wonderful location in downtown Eau Claire with great views of the river. The apartments have everything and in all new condition! The apartments are also styled differently than any other place I have ever lived. Very refreshing.
The other tenants were very easy to be around, but the best part of the guild was the management! Marit and her team were amazing! My wife and I cannot say enough things about how engaged and responsive Marit is. She went above and beyond when it came… to service.
I cannot recommend the Guild highly enough!

Excellent place to live

I have lived at the Guild for a year now and I wouldn’t live at any other apartment complex. Management is on site and ready to listen and react to your questions and issues. These units are really quite, I do not hear my neighbors at all. Everyone I’ve met is friendly. There are onsite, inside storage units which are clean, dry and pest free. The garage is clean and easy to park. When someone looks at the price per month, they must remember what is included in the monthly rent - included is… heat, air conditioning, WiFi, cable, garbage and water/sewer. If anyone is wanting an ideal place to live - I personally recommend The Guide. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!!

Best managed apt ever. Best ever apt

The construction and detail of the apartments is excellent. Real hardwood floors, the bathroom could be featured in a magazines. Full size top of the line appliances. The facilities are always immaculate. It's also very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There is even optional maid service and fresh flowers in the lobby. I can't find anything to complain about. I have lived in a lot of different Apts across the country, this is the best. It is very well managed it is beautiful here. … Even on lockdown I love being home.
