Decent living comfortable

Very accommodating pleasant decent neighbors quiet a place you can call home

Horrible management and terrible neighbors

The management is terrible. This fix nothing. The have a mice problem and never addressed it. Garbage is everywhere. When they changed to a new management company the whole place went to hell and the tenants are trashy and the children have no supervision. Management never fixed anything work orders 2 years old. Everyone started to move out. DO NOT rent from them. You will also find charges that are false. There books are not kept up properly. They don't care about the property at all or the… safety of people.

Management is horrible!

The outside looks nothing like the photos. Garbage is everywhere & the siding is damaged &fading. 4or 5 units moved in the last months &we are trying to as well.
