This apartment used to be fine to live in but when it was taken over by the new management it became unlivable. They will not respond to any messages but will say they received it, if there’s a payment error, they won’t notify you until after months of charges have built up and then give you 5 days to pay it all and not respond when you question them about it. The laundry card machines don’t work half the time. If something breaks, they’ll do a shoddy repair and then not return when you complain... about it breaking again. Great staff. Everyone cares about what you have to say, or what you need. Maintenance gets done fast as well. The people in the office are very fast to get things done for you or the apartment in general. Great place to live !!

I’ve Been Living here for 2/3 and I can Say since I First sign my Lease I knew this was Gonna Be Home for me . My very first apartment @ 21 years old . I have lived here for about 3 years. I love my view. I am facing the golf course. the office team is great. they are friendly and respond in a timely manner to any of my service request. I was concern with so many unit that it would be loud but that is never an issue. I plan to stay here until i purchase my first home. Shout out to Rhonda for being professional and caring.

As a current resident for almost a year, I am completely happy with the staff and maintenance of The apartments They are very efficient and timely when addressing needs of residents. Property is very well maintained and a safe place to reside.
