they don’t call back at all

I’m so annoyed. I have been living in fdl for a year now. I had toured the complex last year, grabbed an application and had it filled out. Was told to go by after 4:30pm to drop it off and I did that the next day. Rang the bell, no answer. Called the property manager, no answer so I let it be. I’m still in search of a place and they keep popping up. I have called numerous times since and have left voice messages but still have yet to get a call back. It’s so frustrating.
