    Lack of communication

    I applied in June and again in July. All the sites say they have vacancies. I have heard nothing since June, the exception was a payment receipt for a second background check at the end of July/early August.

    I’m more than well qualified, excellent rental history, I meet income guidelines, and my credit score is over 800.

    And since June, their “now renting” sign is still on display, and they continue accepting applications,
