Summer is near, you're better off getting a huge cardboard box.

I'm only going to say this once. You will absolutely hate it here. Typical slumlords. Lately it seems we get some type of monthly payment increase. The latest increase was for rubbish. They refuse to supply me with the right size air conditioner. This has been going on for 3 years. If the air conditioner is supplied, but not the right size, then it's not an amenity. Today is the 24th of May. My heat has been running nonstop for a month now. Thermostat was supposed to be replaced in the fall of... 2025. That didn't happen and I didn't dare touch the heat,simply for this reason. They would rather evict you than work with you. There is no compassion for anyone who's having a difficult time. Trust me when I say this. If you have a half way decent vehicle,,live out of your car.
