Loving it - not sure what those bad reviews are about
I guess you see what you look for, but I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are about! I absolutely love River Park and am proud to live here! I’ve found my neighbors to be nice, the apartment is super thoughtfully put together (outlets everywhere, giant washer and dryer, door stops so doors don’t bang into walls, beautiful counters and appliances, etc), great location, and really clean. I haven’t experienced the outages or bugs other reviews mention, and I’ve met the building manager... many times. In fact, she’s gone out of her way to accommodate me. I love it here and look forward to many years to come here!

Look elsewhere!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
The only reason one star is deserved is because most utilities are included and the actual apartment is decent for the price. Everything else… no. Stolen packages. For a period of time, MANY occasions of the fire alarm going off at late hours due to people smoking inside the building. Occasional marijuana smells throughout the hallways. Have never seen or met the landlord either. Plan on buying a shovel during the winter and shoveling your car out of the snow in the parking lot. Hot water... outages with no initial notifications. Look elsewhere!!

Current tenant that gives this building two stars
I would not recommend you looking any further at this property. The property manager is rude. There’s problems with the heat which is supposed to be included. There’s problems with the storage. There is absolutely no storage units nor a doorbell. Packages are being stolen. People are moving in and out constantly. You can find somewhere else better to live for the price of money they are charging.

DO NOT recommend
BUG INFESTATION!!!! Too overpriced for what they don’t do. Maintenance was only there twice a month & the people around you are SO TRASHY (like leaving their trash in the hallways instead of taking it out). Power outage sucks, power cuts off frequently. I do not recommend.. I would've only put 1 star but I like how mostly all utilities included so I give it a 2.

DO NOT RENT HERE
For a new apartment this is a pretty crappy building. First the property managers need to be fired. It’s crazy, I have never seen them on the grounds or met them in person. My unit has had issues since I moved in. My apartment flooded with dirty sewage water, my refrigerator didn’t work and we went without hot water for almost a WEEK. No email was sent regarding the hot water, I had to contact a lawyer. The maintenance team doesn’t exist to be honest, they are not urgent with fixing things.... People stealing packages and snow removal was terrible. For the amount of money I pay this was ridiculous. Look for somewhere else to live!
