Horrible!!!

The building is built so bad the floor creaks when you are on the top level.walls are bad too, you hear everything the neighbors are doing. Rent is entirely too high for the tiny amount of space you get. Snow removal and ice removal are not keep up.wirh

Terrible!!!

The amount of space you get is most definitely not worth the money. Very claustrophobic feel to it after living there a few months. The floor is so bad you hear EVERYTHING and that' goes for the walls as well. Snow and ice removal would take DAYS to get cleared

LOVE this apartment!

Love calling this apartment home! It’s close to everything I need while still feeling quiet and comfortable. The property itself is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming.

The landlord is excellent to work with, he is responsive, professional, and clearly cares about the property and the people who live here. It’s clear that a lot of pride goes into keeping the apartments and grounds in great condition.

A Hidden Gem in Grafton! Beautifully Renovated and Exceptionally Managed!

I recently had the pleasure of touring a newly renovated apartment complex, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation I had.

The space feels modern, simple, stylish, and functional. But what really sets this place apart is the property owner, Eric, who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in the building and the community. This complex is a true standout, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
