Scheduled a Showing and they never showed up

Wouldn’t waste your time. I called and scheduled a showing and waited around for 20 minutes and no one showed up to the office and never called me back when I reached out. Took the time off work and they couldn’t be bothered to at least call me to cancel.

Brook Park Apartments Our First Choice

My husband had such a positive experience living at Brook Park during his bachelor days. While having our new home built, we did not hesitate to contact Brook Park to rent from during construction. In fact, they were the only ones we contacted! Management is exceptional and goes the extra mile. Brook Park Apartments is our first choice to recommend to others.

We Love It Here!

Brook Park Apartments is a very peaceful place to live. It’s located in a quiet community in Green Bay, just down the street of an elementary school. The apartment is very spacious and offers beautiful views from the balcony as well as lots of green space around the building. A park is located nearby, great for biking in the summer or skiing in the winter! The onsite staff has been very welcoming and helpful, including incredible services such as jump-starting your car if needed! The… beautiful views, quiet community, and welcoming staff are what make this apartment home.

A Great Place to Call Home

Best Place i have ever lived

I moved here back in December of 2013. The only reason i left i bought my own home. If it was not for that i would still be there. every aparmtent i have lived in around here is the same. over priced and lots of hallway noise. I came to Brook park do to not wanting a hallway and a townhome. I had a 2 bedroom upper private. Was very quite and huge tons of storage. Never had any issues with noise. I also left early and they went out of the way to rerent my apartment early saving me a good amount… of money. threw of the moving process the office staff was beyond helpfull. If i ever have to rent again in my life will only be Brook Park no way will i ever try another complex.
