Love it!

I've lived here since August and I love it! Clean, secure and quiet. Neighbors are all nice and respectful. It's close to a lot of businesses. The only thing that won't keep me here long is not being able to have a pet. It gets lonely living by yourself!

Nice place and location.

I have been here for 1 yr. The area is real nice. It is quiet and clean in this apartment complex. There is plenty of shopping close by. I have had no problems living here. Things I needed to get fixed were done. During the pandemic you have to keep in mind that certain supplies and equipment have been in short supply. Shipping is still in a dilemma yet. It has been longer waits to revive construction materials. Paint and plumbing supplies are still in short supply. It will take a bit longer for… your landlord to complete jobs during this recession period. But, emergency needs are still met first. As a reminder... We need to be more patient and do what we can to help our landlord. Complaining does not help. Our landlord will not abandon you, so good communication will help, not acting like a ?? donkey. If you work with your landlord.... You get more done. The apartments are large and have nice closet space,kitchens are great ??. You get a garage too. Bathroom is spacioue. Remember....you get what you want to pay for!

Sycamore

Been here for three, almost 4 months. It’s just me and my daughter and our first apartment. This place is just right for the two of us! Not to small, add your own touch to make it your home! The walk-in closet is great, and the second closet in the second bedroom is great for my daughter to be able to get her own clothes! The neighbors are super sweet, not too many kids. This place is a great starting home for anyone who is looking to move out from their parents ( it’s also very affordable ).

HERE IS YOUR WARNING!

This place is a joke... its well maintained but the behind the scenes is only a front they put on. Let me explain.

1. THEY RAISE RENT EVERY YEAR. $20 to be exact.

2. It takes 3 months for them to come fix a dishwasher

3. Management at Murphy development is rude!!!!

4. They do inspections every year, coming into your home (its gets annoying after a few years)

5. They are on you about where you park, even though there is NOT assigned parking..

I could keep going..
The point is, this is a… nice neighborhood and it's well maintained.. however management is a joke.

Well Taken care of area

I've lived here for 3 months now and its awesome. I couldn't ask for a better apartment, one small stain in the carpet that they never did anything about, but I can't complain.
