Hobart Crossing

Great management, the best we have ever had at an apartment they helped us through the moving process and made it very smooth. The amenities are amazing including a gym and pool and complimentary coffee in the lounge. The apartments are well built and well taken care of by property maintenance. One of the big reasons we chose Hobart Crossing was that they allowed pets (dogs and cats). The apartments are very nice, modern and up to date with the latest appliances and cabinetry as well as hardwood… floors. We love our new home!

This is a doggie heaven! The apartments are lovely, any issues are resolved quickly, and the location is great.

I love it here!

I sold my 4 bedroom home in 2023 and decided to downsize to an apartment. I wasn't at all sure I'd like it, but I have no regrets whatsoever. I'm in a 2 bedroom, and the staff and amenities here are fantastic. Beautiful pool and clubhouse, underground parking, a fitness room with great equipment, and free coffee.

The grounds and buildings are well maintained, maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and management is really nice to work with.

I also enjoy the tenants, a very… nice mix of retired folks like myself, a lot of young professionals, and a few families with younger children. There are a lot of us with pets, but we're all smart enough to keep them well behaved. Hobart Crossing was specifically built to be both energy and noise efficient, and they did an excellent job.

I love it here!

Can you say perfect?

I lived here for the last two years and had an excellent experience! I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and it had more than enough space with a really great layout. I work from home, and it was always peaceful — you could never hear your neighbors. The underground parking was a huge bonus, especially in the winter, and they always cleared the snow so quickly!

Management was fantastic — they responded to my emails within a few hours and were always helpful (not that I needed them much!). The… gym and community room were both great, but my favorite feature was the Amazon room — super organized and especially helpful during the holidays!

The entire complex was always spotless, and the doors were always in good working order. I truly had a wonderful experience living here, and it was so hard to leave. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!

Wonderful place to live!

We have lived at Hobart Crossing since 2017 and would not consider living anywhere else. The buildings are immaculate and incredibly maintained. Our unit is incredibly quiet and we never hear our neighbors. The manger is wonderful and maintenance requests (which are few) are handled promptly and efficiently. The units are incredibly efficient for heat and air conditioning. The location is easy access to pretty much everything. We LOVE it here.
