Heads-up for cat owners

“I was considering applying but decided not to after seeing the pet policy in the listing, which states that cats must be declawed. Posting this as a heads-up for other cat owners reviewing the requirements.”

Unprofessional

I called to schedule an appointment for a showing. The guy asked if I knew where these apartments were located and I told him I didn't because I was from out of town. He replied, "Oh well, you can get it off of the website." I should've just canceled the showing right then and there. He was rude and unprofessional. I drove all the way to Green Bay for the showing. I arrived 10 minutes early, rang the office doorbell a million times, called the phone number provided multiple times, and NO ONE… showed up to give me a tour! No returned calls or anything! Unbelievable! What a waste of my time!

COCKROACHES

My roommate and I rented this apartment unbeknownst to the cockroaches living in our apartment. We learned from a girl who was moving our downstairs that she had been living with them ALL YEAR(even in her BED). Had to get a lawyer to get out of this hell hole. A horribly run place infested with bugs and we have numerous pictures and videos with our lawyer to prove.

Maintenance

I am so impressed with the maintenance man, Brian, if I ever need anything fixed, he is right there to help me with it.
I also like it that he is on site , as is the manager.
I would recommend Linden Pointe to all my friends and family.

Linden Point Apartments

These apartments are great. Rent includes heat and water. They have washer and dryers in most units, otherwise it has hook up for your own.It is just minutes away from the highway, shopping, and UWGB. They accept cats. Fairly quiet and it has assigned parking.
