Marvelle Lane Apartments

This has been the BEST Location that I’ve ever lived in the Ashwaubenon/Green Bay in my life, great neighborhood, great shops around, no doubt about it the maintenance brothers were Great!
One brother after the other, were just trained differently & I didn’t had problems with them.
I’ve had a few problems in my home with my roommate/domestic partner at the time otherwise, we both were very Happy and loved the location!
Great place to start living with a friend or Partner!

I would live here… again!

Pet Policy was reasonable!
Just need to make sure it’s well behaved, small animals were very Acceptable like Hamsters!

I felt safe!
And I knew the area for the longest time before, I lived here.

No free internet.
Not smoke free..in fact the air around is full of cigarettes and pot smoke.
No pets allowed unless you are favorited by Kathy.
No privacy.
Cops always around
Staff isn't friendly or sane
Place is run down
Appliances are cheap and not doing their job correctly.
Staff does not fix stuff right away and when they finally decide to. They don't fix it completely
Heat doesn't work in every part of the apartmentas.
Ac is old.and freeze when on for over an hour.

Freindly office workers and when something is needing a fix-it is fixed as soon as possible-besides Lambeau field is within sight!!!

Maintenance assists you almost immediately if their are any issues. They have awesome upkeep inside and outside. The outdoor pool and playground is great for summer fun. And the pool hall is great to rent out for the day for bday parties and special events. If you are facing fox heights it does get loud with the semis dropping off product across the street. But it's not all the time.
