This apartment is PERFECT

I can’t rave enough about Metreau. Great management. Super responsive to every issue. Very affordable for the quality and space I’d say. Great views of the river and proximity to the farmer’s market. You can tell the building is brand new. The communal spaces are beautiful. Great sunset views. The kitchen is stunning. The maintenance team is fantastic. They always fixed my issues quickly and effectively. The space is utilized really nicely. You don’t feel like any space is wasted in these... apartments. I rarely review things but I had to review Metreau because it was just that great. Eleven out of ten. If I didn’t get a job out of town I would have stayed way longer than a year.
